Who I Am

Iโ€™m a sports acupuncturist with over a decade of experience treating musculoskeletal pain, improving athletic performance, and supporting digestive health. Since earning my Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diploma in 2014, Iโ€™ve focused on injury rehab and performance optimization โ€” helping active people move better, recover faster, and stay pain-free.
