Pattern Mapping™
Signature Case

One gives you a protocol. The other gives you a practitioner.

The Custom Protocol is Gavin’s clinical work, delivered once. The Signature Case is his clinical attention, sustained, on a case complex enough to require it.

Three cases accepted per month

Some cases need a protocol, delivered.
Some cases need a practitioner, sustained.

You’ve spent years becoming your own endocrinologist. You know your ferritin number, your Free T3, your Reverse T3 ratio. You’ve brought printed research to appointments. You’ve fired doctors who wouldn’t listen. And you’re still losing hair.

The Custom Protocol is genuine clinical work. Gavin analyzes your pattern, builds your protocol, and delivers it. For most people, that’s exactly what’s needed. The Signature Case is for a different situation. One where the analysis alone isn’t enough. Where your case is complex enough that it requires a practitioner who stays with it: reading your actual labs, working through your full history, and remaining in your corner for 90 days as you implement. The difference isn’t the quality of the work. It’s the duration of the attention.

You have a protocol, or you’ve had one. The analysis made sense. But something isn’t moving, and a document, however precise, can’t tell you why. You need someone who stays with the case as it unfolds.

Your labs are “normal”, but your drain tells a different story. You’ve sat in offices and been told everything looks fine, by doctors who weren’t looking at the right numbers, in the right ranges, for hair loss specifically.

You’re not looking for more information. You’ve had enough information. What you haven’t had is a practitioner who reads your actual labs, knows your full history, and remains available as your case develops. Adjusting, responding, staying with it.

A protocol, however precise, is delivered once. It cannot adjust when something unexpected happens at week six. It cannot read your ferritin trend alongside your thyroid markers alongside your stress timeline and tell you which one shifted.

That requires a practitioner who knows your case and stays with it. That’s what this is.

If you’re already thinking

“I’ve already spent thousands on specialists who didn’t help.”
Those specialists tested what insurance covers. They had 45 minutes, most of which was spent on intake you’d already given three times before. They didn’t have your full history, your full labs, and three months to stay with your case as it developed. This is a different structure entirely.

“Can a remote practitioner really see what my in-person doctors missed?”
Your in-person doctors looked at each marker in isolation, for 45 seconds, against standard reference ranges designed to detect disease. This is three months of someone reading your markers together, against functional ranges designed for hair recovery, with your full history in front of them every time they respond.

“What if my case is too complex?”
Complexity is the reason this exists. The women who need this are the ones whose cases didn’t fit neatly into a single pattern. Multiple systems, overlapping triggers, labs that contradict each other. That’s what 90 days of practitioner access is for. Simple cases get a protocol. Complex cases get a practitioner.

The process

One practitioner.
Three months. Your case.

1

Application

You apply. I review every application personally. If accepted, you receive a private checkout link within 24 hours.

2

Deep Intake

You complete your intake inside your profile. Labs, full supplement history, stress timeline, doctor history, your specific questions. The more detail you provide, the more precise your protocol.

3

Case Analysis

I build your protocol from your actual labs, your full history, and your specific pattern. Not a template, not a variation of someone else’s plan. Every decision is traceable back to your numbers. This is the same quality of clinical work as the Custom Protocol, applied to a case that requires more than pattern recognition alone.

4

Protocol Delivery

Your protocol is delivered to your private profile within 48–72 hours of completed intake. You receive an email the moment it’s ready.

5

90-Day Support

For 90 days you have unlimited direct access to the practitioner who built your protocol. Not a support desk. Not a 45-minute appointment you have to book three weeks out. You write when something happens — a plateau, a reaction, something unexpected — and I respond within 24 hours with a specific answer for your specific case. I already have your labs, your history, and your full protocol in front of me. Most people at this level of frustration have paid $300–500 per hour for specialist appointments that lasted 45 minutes and went nowhere. This is three months of direct access to someone who already knows your case completely, responding within a day, for as long as it takes to get this moving.

The protocol is the beginning.
The practitioner is what follows.

The centrepiece

Your labs, actually read.

The Custom Protocol is built from your intake — your pattern, your symptoms, your answers. It doesn’t see your labs because it’s delivered before you submit them. The Signature Case is different. Your actual numbers come to me directly. I read them the way a clinician reads them: not just whether each marker is in range, but what they mean in the context of your full case. What your ferritin says alongside your thyroid. What your cortisol pattern reveals next to your iron studies. Where standard reference ranges are simply wrong for hair loss. I annotate line by line, with 15 years of clinical training behind every note.

01 Complete Pattern Analysis

Your primary and secondary patterns identified, with your labs as the evidence — not a quiz.

02 Your Exact Supplement Stack

Brands, dosages, timing, and sequencing. Built from your numbers, not a template.

03 What Your Doctor Missed

The markers inside “normal range” that are clinically significant for hair loss. Named, explained, and addressed.

04 90-Day Roadmap

Week-by-week implementation so you always know what to do next — and what to watch for.

05 Decision Trees

If X happens, do Y. Contingency plans built into the protocol so you’re never left guessing.

06 What to Stop Immediately

The things actively working against you. Named, explained, and removed from your routine.

The difference

90 Days of Unlimited Direct Access

The Custom Protocol delivers Gavin’s clinical work and hands it to you. The Signature Case keeps him in the room. Write when something happens. He responds within 24 hours. Not with generic guidance, but with a specific answer from someone who has your labs, your history, and your full protocol in front of him. No appointments to book. No tickets to submit. Direct access to the practitioner who knows your case, for three months, without limit.

What this looks like in practice

A., 43. Hashimoto’s. Low ferritin. Three years of specialists who each saw one piece.

She arrived with a binder. Literally. Three years of lab results, supplement receipts, and appointment notes from four endocrinologists, two dermatologists, and a naturopath. Her TSH was “in range.” Her ferritin was “low but not alarming.” Every specialist saw one piece. Nobody saw the whole picture.

Her labs told a story none of them had read. Her ferritin wasn’t rising because her absorption system was compromised by the Hashimoto’s. Her thyroid medication was providing T4 that her body couldn’t convert to T3 because her gut wasn’t supporting conversion. Her stress hormones were elevated at night, disrupting the sleep that her conversion pathway needed to function. Three systems, interlocked, each one preventing the others from resolving.

A protocol would have identified the primary system. The Signature Case let me watch what happened when we addressed it. At week three, her absorption markers shifted but her shedding got worse. That’s the moment a protocol fails you. It can’t tell you whether the increase means “it’s working” or “something’s wrong.” I could. We adjusted her supplement timing and added a cofactor her labs indicated she needed.

Her thyroid markers took longer to respond than I expected. We adjusted twice before the conversion pathway stabilized. That’s two decisions a protocol can’t make because a protocol doesn’t know what happened at week three or week six. By month three, her ferritin was climbing, her shedding had slowed noticeably, and her scalp was responding to topicals for the first time. Not a dramatic transformation. A measurable shift in the right direction, sustained, after three years of nothing moving at all.

Three spots available per month.

There are no videos, no modules, no system to work through. The Custom Protocol delivers clinical work, once. This delivers a practitioner — for three months, without limit, on your specific case. You write when something happens. I respond within 24 hours with a specific answer for your specific situation. Three spots per month is not a marketing constraint. It is the limit of what unlimited clinical attention actually requires. If you are accepted, you have my full attention for three months.

I built this because the hardest cases I’ve seen weren’t hard because the biology was impossible. They were hard because nobody stayed long enough to see what happened after week four. A protocol is clinical work delivered once. This is clinical attention sustained. If your case needs that, I’d like to hear about it.
