Pattern Mapping™
Signature Case

The Custom Protocol gives you a plan, once. The Signature Case is six months of working through your case with me, adjusting as you go.

Six months of support Three new cases a month By application

This is for you if

Some cases need a plan.
Some need someone who stays with it.

You’ve read the research. You’ve tried the supplements, in good faith, one after another. You’ve waited the twelve weeks. And you’re still not sure what goes first.

1

You’ve had a protocol, or followed one carefully. It made sense. But something isn’t moving, and a document can’t tell you why.

2

More than one system seems to be involved. Overlapping triggers, a history that doesn’t fit one pattern, a routine that keeps growing.

3

You don’t need more information. You need someone to set the order with you, and to stay with it as things change.

The Custom Protocol is a full plan built from your intake, delivered once. For most women, that’s what’s needed.

The Signature Case is for the cases where a plan alone isn’t enough. I work through your full history with you, then stay with it for six months while you put it into practice. The work is the same quality. What changes is how long I stay with it.

A plan is written once. It can’t change when something unexpected happens at week six. That takes someone who knows your case.

If you’re already thinking

A few honest answers.

“I’ve already spent thousands on specialists.”

This doesn’t replace them. Your doctors diagnose and treat, and they stay on your team. What I add is a TCM pattern assessment, the order of steps, and six months of adjusting that order as your case develops.

“Can someone who isn’t my doctor really help?”

I’m a registered TCM practitioner, not a medical doctor, and I don’t diagnose. I work on something different: how your four systems are working, which one goes first, and what to do when something shifts. Anything medical goes back to your doctor, and I’ll help you get clear on what to ask.

“What if my case is too complex?”

Complexity is the reason this exists. More than one system involved, overlapping triggers, a long history: that’s what six months of support is for. Straightforward cases usually do well with the Custom Protocol.

“Who is this not for?”

If you need a diagnosis, a change to a prescription, or urgent care, start with your doctor. This works alongside medical care, never in place of it.

The process

One practitioner.
Six months. Your case.

  1. Application

You apply. I review every application personally. If I accept your case, you get a private checkout link within 24 hours.

  2. Deep intake

You complete your intake inside your profile: your history, your supplements, your stress timeline, what your doctors have told you, and your questions. You can add recent results for context if you’d like.

  3. Your case assessment

I build your protocol from your full intake. It isn’t a template. Every step has a reason you can trace back to your own history.

  4. Protocol delivery

Your protocol arrives in your private profile within 48 to 72 hours of your completed intake. You get an email when it’s ready.

  5. Six months of support

For six months, you write to me whenever something happens: a plateau, a reaction, something unexpected. I reply within 24 hours with an answer for your case, because I already have your history and your protocol in front of me.

What you receive

The protocol is the start.
The support is what follows.

The centrepiece

Your whole case, in one place.

Your history, your current routine, your stress timeline, what your doctors have told you, and any results you choose to share. I read it all together as context for a TCM pattern assessment. I don’t diagnose or interpret labs. That stays with your doctor. What I add is the order, and six months of adjusting it.

01

Your pattern assessment

Your primary and secondary pattern, read from your full intake. A TCM pattern assessment, not a quiz result and not a diagnosis.

02

Your supplement and herb plan

Forms, timing and order for your pattern, built around what you already take. You review it with your doctor before you start.

03

Questions for your doctor

The symptoms and results worth raising at your next appointment, written up so the visit is useful.

04

A six-month roadmap

Week by week, so you always know what’s next and what to watch for.

05

Decision trees

If this happens, do that. Built into your protocol so you’re not left guessing between messages.

06

What to pause or skip

Supplements or habits in your routine that don’t fit your pattern, named and explained. Prescriptions stay with your prescriber.

The difference

Six months of direct access.

Write when something happens, and I reply within 24 hours with a specific answer from someone who already has your history and your protocol in front of him. No appointments to book. No support desk.

What support can look like

An example of how the six months run. It isn’t a client story, and it doesn’t predict results.

  1. Week 1Your protocol arrives. You start with the first step only.
  2. Week 3You write that shedding seems heavier. I look at your timeline and your notes, and tell you whether to hold, adjust the order, or check something with your doctor.
  3. Month 2A new stressor at work. We adjust the pacing so the plan still fits your life.
  4. Month 4You add the next part of the roadmap, with a clear marker for what to watch.
  5. Month 6You leave with your order, your notes and a plan for what comes next.

One payment

  • Six months of support, with replies within 24 hours
  • Your full protocol within 48 to 72 hours of your completed intake
  • Three new cases a month
  • Refund terms are set out in the client agreement you sign before you start

There are no videos or modules to work through. This is six months of my attention on your case. I take three new cases a month because that’s the most I can give that kind of attention to.

Applications are open

You’ve done the work.
Now have someone stay with it.

The hardest cases I’ve seen usually weren’t the most complicated. They were the ones where nobody stayed long enough to see what happened after week four. If your case needs that, I’d like to hear about it.

The application takes 5 to 10 minutes. I review every one personally and reply within 24 hours.

You are just one pattern away.
